We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and important information to help you understand how we get your products to you.

We partner with a variety of trusted couriers and freight companies to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. The specific courier used for your order will depend on your location, the size and weight of your items, and the chosen shipping option. Some of our partners include:

Important: We ship most items directly from our supplier's warehouses in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. This means we do not hold stock at our office address. As a result, in-person pickup is available only by prior arrangement.

 

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

 

We offer same-day shipping on eligible orders to get your products out the door as quickly as possible.

  • To be eligible for same-day shipping, your order must be placed and paid for with cleared funds before 1:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on a business day.
  • Orders placed after this cutoff time, or those with uncleared payment, will be shipped on the next business day after your payment is confirmed.
  • Please note that manual payment methods, such as direct deposit or PayID, may take additional time to clear.

 

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can generally expect delivery within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

  • You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order has shipped, where available.
  • Please be aware that if your order contains items from different warehouses, it may arrive as multiple packages and on separate days.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, incorrect shipping addresses, or other events outside of our control.

 

Shipping Costs & Areas

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • We currently only ship within Australia to metropolitan and regional areas of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory.
  • We are unable to ship to the Northern Territory, regional Western Australia, or Norfolk Island.
